Due to our continued growth, we are hiring dental assistants, receptionists and a dentist! Descriptions of these new positions for both team members and dentists are below.
For Dentists
Method Dental is a growing practice looking for like-minded professionals interested in more than just “fixing teeth”.
To work at Method Dental, of course you’ll need to have/develop some great “tooth fixing” skills, but you’ll need some other skills and desires too. You’ll need:
– A growth mindset
– The motivation to help prevent dental diseases in individuals and in the community
– The ability to communicate with another human being – not a wallet
– More CPD than the norm
– A love of kids dentistry and good quality rubber dam!
Of course, we have a modern clinic with digital x-rays including OPG, Dentsply Sirona equipment, rotary endo, iTero intra-oral scanner and cloud-based practice software.
What you’ll find at Method Dental is a great practice for dentists looking to establish themselves with awesome, long-term patients and a great community. We are growing and expanding our clinic and the right dentist will thrive, building their appointment books and reputation. We provide all kinds of general dentistry including restorative, crown and bridge, paediatrics, endo, clear aligners and cosmetic dentistry. Mentorship and collaboration are really important to us in our process.
The role is ideal for 3-4 days for work-life balance. Remuneration can be negotiated based on experience and we engage in an employee relationship.
